Housecall Pro emails you your customer list as a CSV in four clicks. Here is where the buttons are, what to filter first, and what to do with the file.
Start FreeHeads up: no Housecall Pro integration. PostKnock does not connect to Housecall Pro directly. This is an export-then-import workflow: you export a CSV from Housecall Pro and upload it to PostKnock. Housecall Pro is a third-party product and is not affiliated with PostKnock.
How we checked these steps. The click-path below comes from Housecall Pro’s own help center. Which columns the customer CSV contains is not listed there, so that part is marked as unconfirmed. Last checked September 2026. Software menus change between versions; if yours looks different, the sources below link to the vendor’s own help pages.
Select Customers in the left navigation bar. To export a segment instead of everyone, filter the list first: Housecall Pro offers filters for Events, Tags, Status, Lead source, Lifetime value, Customer type, and Notifications enabled. You can also use Edit columns to change which columns show.

Click the Actions button on the right side of the screen and select Export. Confirm the email address and click the blue Send file button.

The CSV arrives from notifications@housecallpro.com. Housecall Pro says to check your spam folder if it has not arrived within an hour. Open it and check it has a name, a full street address, city, state, and ZIP for each customer.
We could not find a Housecall Pro article that lists the exact columns in the customer export, or whether it includes a last-job date. Look at your own file before relying on either.

In PostKnock, go to Contacts › Import and upload the file as it came out (CSV or Excel both work). Confirm the column mapping, then read the review screen: it tells you how many rows are mailable and why any are not, before anything is saved.
Keep the columns a postcard and a follow-up call need:
PostKnock needs a name (or a company name) and a complete U.S. mailing address on every row. Phone is what your team uses for call follow-up on Pro. Everything else is optional, so leave clinical, balance, and notes columns out of the file.
No. There is no direct Housecall Pro connection. The supported flow is to export the customer CSV from Housecall Pro and import it into PostKnock.
Housecall Pro says only employees listed as Admins can export the Customers and Jobs lists.
