Get every client out of Jobber as a CSV, or just the ones who have not had a job in a year, and turn the list into a postcard and call campaign.
Start FreeHeads up: no Jobber integration. PostKnock does not connect to Jobber directly. This is an export-then-import workflow: you export a CSV from Jobber and upload it to PostKnock. Jobber is a third-party product and is not affiliated with PostKnock.
How we checked these steps. Every menu path below comes from Jobber’s own help center. One step (exporting the re-engagement report) is inferred from Jobber’s general reports article and is marked as such. Last checked September 2026. Software menus change between versions; if yours looks different, the sources below link to the vendor’s own help pages.
Go to the Clients tab. In the top right, select More Actions, then Export Clients. To export only part of your list, click a tag first: with several tags selected, only clients who have every selected tag are included.

Select CSV (the other option is vCard). Jobber emails you the exported list. The export includes tags, property addresses, contact information, and custom fields. A single CSV holds up to 1,500 rows, so a larger client list arrives as several files attached to the same email.

Go to Insights › Reports › Client Reports and open Client re-engagement. Jobber describes it as the clients who have not had a job closed in the last 12 months. Its columns are Name, Phone number, Billing Address (street, city, state, ZIP), and Last Closed Job. There is no email column, which PostKnock does not need for mail.

Jobber reports export with the Email CSV button, where you pick All columns or Selected columns. The file goes to the email address you sign in to Jobber with.
Not confirmed for this specific report. Jobber’s Reports basics article describes Email CSV for reports in general and lists a few reports that cannot be exported; the re-engagement report is not on that list, but its own article does not mention exporting.
In PostKnock, go to Contacts › Import and upload the file as it came out (CSV or Excel both work). Confirm the column mapping, then read the review screen: it tells you how many rows are mailable and why any are not, before anything is saved.
If you use the full client export, map the property address or billing address columns, whichever you want the postcard to go to.
Whichever export you use, these are the columns that matter for a mailing:
PostKnock needs a name (or a company name) and a complete U.S. mailing address on every row. Phone is what your team uses for call follow-up on Pro. Everything else is optional, so leave clinical, balance, and notes columns out of the file.
No. There is no direct Jobber connection. You export a CSV from Jobber and import it into PostKnock. If you already use Zapier, Jobber’s Zapier app has a New Client Created trigger and PostKnock’s Zapier app has a Find or Create Contact action, so a Zap can add new clients as they are created; that only covers new clients going forward, not your existing list.
Jobber says only admin users can export clients, and that client exporting is available on select plans. Team members with the Reports permission can export some report data.
Use the Client re-engagement report under Insights › Reports › Client Reports. Jobber defines it as clients with no job closed in the last 12 months, with name, phone, billing address, and last closed job date.
Yes. PostKnock auto-detects the name, address, and phone columns, and you confirm the mapping on a review screen before anything is saved.
Import your file, pick a playbook, and mail your first wave. Free to start.
